Model Local Rule F-10
Areas of damage on the putting greens caused by birds are treated as ground under repair from which relief is allowed under Rule 16.1d. Under Local Rule F-10 these areas will not be ‘white-lined’ though.
Areas of damage in the General Area (including the fringe) caused by birds are treated as ground under repair from which relief is allowed under Rule 16.1b. Under Local Rule F-10 these areas will not be ‘white-lined’ though.
